Mr. Sacher is a 30-year veteran of the biotechnology and investment banking industries. Prior to joining Fore, he was the Managing Director and Head of Life Sciences Investment Banking at National Securities/B Riley, Brean Capital, Needham & Company and Goldman Sachs where he executed over 130 transactions, including over $5 billion of financings, for companies like Genentech, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Medarex, Vical, Inovio, Celldex, and IN8Bio. In addition, Mr. Sacher spent several years as CFO of Viacell, Inc. where he helped complete multiple financings and business and corporate development transactions. Mr. Sacher has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in biology from Cornell University.
