Employee Stories
Our employees make everything we do possible.
Working at Fore is:
- Rewarding: developing cancer medicines that save lives and improve quality of life of patients
- Challenging: great expectations on strategic thinking, innovation, and action
- Fun: collaborative, flexible, team-building activities, and celebrations
At Fore Bio, I’m among knowledgeable and highly motivated colleagues all working together in a fast-paced environment in pursuit of the same goal. There’s never a dull day! Moreover, the employee-friendly policies make Fore a great place to work.
The therapies that we work on address the unmet needs of a unique category of patients. I believe everyone is important and should have treatment options when other therapies prove ineffective.
Patient safety is a priority at Fore. As the Head of Safety and Pharmacovigilance, my responsibility is to monitor the safety profile of plixorafenib in ongoing clinical trials. I get to work collaboratively with both internal and external team members every day. I like my job because of the importance of the role for patients and because I get to contribute to ensuring a safe and effective therapy will be made available for patients with little or no other treatment alternatives.
Adeyemi Adedeji VP, Drug Safety & PharmacovigilanceI love working at Fore because we are a small team that feels like family. Each person here at Fore brings their unique experiences to the team and enables us to work as a collective.
Before pursuing a career in research, I spent a decade at the bedside working in critical care. During that time, it was eye-opening to witness just how many unmet healthcare needs still exist. I believe the work we are doing at Fore is yet another step to closing that gap.
My job at Fore not only gives me new experiences but also provides me with the opportunity to surmount new challenges daily! I have also been able to meet many different colleagues and healthcare professionals from around the globe with a similar mission.
